Dana Park – New Commercial Retail Center

Dana Park Village Square is a 70-acre high end commercial center that integrates internally landscaped boulevards with large community open areas and neighborhood connections. For Adaptive Architects, working with the surrounding neighborhoods was an essential component of the overall programming and development of this project. The end result contains a six-acre park buffer together with a retail / restaurant gateway shopping village anchored by an AJ’s and a Barnes & Noble that are connected by wide landscaped plazas and promenades.
