Adaptive Architects provided comprehensive design and construction administration for this 40,000+ square foot facility.

The facility, located within the Park 10 Development, features top-tier amenities: dedicated areas for group fitness classes (yoga studio and spin room), weight training space, cardio equipment, basketball court, outdoor functional training area, recovery room, luxurious locker and shower rooms, laundry services, red-light sauna and steam rooms, cold plunge, and an in-house fitness café.

Advanced childcare services include a children’s movie theater, gaming center, basketball court, and jungle gym.

The building’s exterior features freeway architectural elements, a distinct front entry, and detailed articulation on all sides, integrating with site parking and pedestrian approaches.

Exterior walls blend stucco with accent colors and an articulated entry and rear element, highlighted by a striking red cove light. The front includes steel canopies and efficient glass storefronts to maximize natural light.

Interior finishes in gray, cream, black, and red create a sophisticated ambiance, reinforcing the Mountainside Fitness brand. Ample lighting, air-conditioning, and ventilation are complemented by decorative lighting in key areas like the yoga and spin rooms, enhancing the facility’s distinctive character.
