Summit at Sunland Springs Memory Care Center is the first of two phases consisting of a Memory Care and Assisted Living facilities. Phase I of this memory care center has 48 beds featuring a beautiful, secure courtyard. Phase II is a three story, 109,818 SF assisted living facility consisting of 109 apartments; construction will be complete in early 2017.  Phase II included a fine dining restaurant, in-house clinic, fitness center, movie theater, barber/beauty shop, chapel, computer center and library, billiards /darts area, multi-purpose meeting rooms and numerous living room spaces located on each floor. The buildings provide a highly stylized residential architectural design, which features building materials, design elements and colors used on the Memory Care building as well as the adjacent residential homes to promote a strong sense of community.
